I work with CBT/ REBT therapies which help people notice how their thoughts and behaviours affect their feelings and actions, and teach practical ways to change unhelpful patterns and respond with healthier beliefs and choices. I offer structured therapeutic support for many different emotional problems and life challenges.

 

My speciality is working with clients who have anxiety, anger, depression, social anxiety, family and work issues, low self esteem, and OCD. During the sessions we will explore your current problems and formulate goals and practical solutions to help you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms and within a couple of weeks you will start to notice a difference.
